It was clean and tidy and was perfect for what we needed. The owner was really nice, and even messaged me when we got there to check we got in ok and said if there was anything we needed just to give him a call. The location was perfect for us too as we were going to Alton Towers for the weekend. The park opposite the property was great too as we were on a family trip so it was great to have somewhere where the kids could play.
It has everything we needed. Iron, hairdryer etc.., well equipped.

Good place at a good price. Was staying for the Welsh Tango Festival and we a great place with suitable rooms for multiple people to stay. Clean and well equipped. high recommend
The house was great and really clean and spacious. It is on a very steep hill but there is parking outside the house so you don’t have to climb it if you don’t want to! It’s only a 10 minute drive to the city centre and the beach. The beach is lovely, and Mumbles is only a short drive further round the coast.
We had a great stay at Gavin’s place, it was perfect for us as a family of 6. The house is really nicely presented and was very clean with everything we needed. Gavin communicated with us well during the stay, making sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The house was only around a 15 minute walk from the railway station. Would definitely recommend.
We had a lovely short stay at Gavin’s place for a visit to Alton Towers. We had everything we needed. The location opposite the park was ideal, with a handy Tesco Express just up the road. It was good to be able to park the car right outside.

Most reviews on Air B&B will be based on a weekend or week-long visit. My family needed a property for over 3 months. We were very fortunate to have come upon this quaint, exceptionally tidy and spacious property hosted by Gavin at Emerald Living. It is during a long stay that one appreciates the fact that a kitchen is well stocked for cooking actual meals with all the pots and pans and glassware one assumes to be available at home. It is during a long stay when one is more apt to encounter a minor issue like a dripping faucet and have occasion to observe super responsive guest service quickly remedy the issue while minimizing disruption to the daily schedule. The presence of an in-home clothes washer/dryer, space heaters, fans, comfortable beds..these sorts of amenities are more than conveniences when staying at a property for an extended period. If you need a great place to serve as the base for your family vacation in Swansea, you will find no better combination of comfort and value.
