Very spacious for 5 people, clean, well-maintained, plenty of parking spaces in front of the door and many attractive places are within walking distance (Swansea Maritime Quarter, Liberty Stadium) or by car (Gower, Brecon Beacons) in 30 minutes.

Great location, and the house was absolutely spotless. It has everything you could possibly need, and the host was always quick to reply. There are also supermarkets nearby, which was really handy. We were so pleased with our choice and would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean, comfortable and well kept. We had good communication with the owner who was very helpful and accommodating. The house is in a great area it has a good park over the road and is walking distance to the shopping centre through the park which was handy after a long drive. It was only 45 minutes to Alton towers for us which was great. We would definitely use this property again when coming down and recommend it to colleagues

Me and the family visited for two nights while we enjoyed a weekend at Thorpe Park. The accommodation was perfect and felt like home away from home. The host provided us with everything we needed to make this a stress free stay. Highly recommend and would visit again.

We have just returned from 2 nights stay as a group of friends on a trip to Alton Towers. Lovely tidy house with all necessary amenities. 1 double bed and 3 single beds spread over 3 rooms so perfect for what we needed. Gavin, the hosts communication via booking.com was absolutely spot on, never waited more than 30 minutes for a reply at any point when asking questions about the property before, during or after the stay! Clear and concise instructions sent on time before check in on the day of arrival. Brilliant, comfortable place to stay which immediately felt like a home from home. Will absolutely look to use this property again rather than a hotel on future trips!

The cooker and some of the crockery / pans were not clean but everything was fine. There were no pink sacks provided for plastic recycling. There was two bags of rubbish left in the back yard. Lack of batteries in the remotes. But otherwise everything was good.

Well-appointed and fantastically situated house for lots of local attractions and sights. We explored Stoke, went to Alton Towers and Froghall station for a Steam Railway. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Gavin was very attentive and replied to all of our questions. Be aware the staircase to the upstairs bedrooms is very narrow, but we all managed and there is a lovely bedroom downstairs too.

Very Comfortable stay in Swansea. Near to the bus station and supermarkets. Everything was available, Gavin is a very welcoming host. We had a family vacation and it was hassle free, relaxing and beautiful location. Would like to stay here again when we are back in Swansea.

The owner Gavin was very quick to reply to any questions I had about my stay. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its like staying at a hotel with four bedrooms. Its very clean and bright, and has an outside space. I would recommend this property for a lovely stay in Swansea.

Beautiful house, great facilities, 5 - 10 minute drive to everything. Corner shop, chip shop and Indian takeaway at the end of the street. Iron, ironing board & hairdryer at the property. Nice touch with the milk, teabags, coffee, biscuits, washing capsules, washing up liquid, salt & pepper plus toiletries provided! Really added to the convenience during our stay. There was a hiccup when we first arrived so I messaged Gavin to address the situation. Problem was solved promptly and professionally. The customer service we received during our stay was outstanding. We highly recommend this property and will be back!

Most reviews on Air B&B will be based on a weekend or week-long visit. My family needed a property for over 3 months. We were very fortunate to have come upon this quaint, exceptionally tidy and spacious property hosted by Gavin at Emerald Living. It is during a long stay that one appreciates the fact that a kitchen is well stocked for cooking actual meals with all the pots and pans and glassware one assumes to be available at home. It is during a long stay when one is more apt to encounter a minor issue like a dripping faucet and have occasion to observe super responsive guest service quickly remedy the issue while minimizing disruption to the daily schedule. The presence of an in-home clothes washer/dryer, space heaters, fans, comfortable beds..these sorts of amenities are more than conveniences when staying at a property for an extended period. If you need a great place to serve as the base for your family vacation in Swansea, you will find no better combination of comfort and value.

Nice, well appointed 3 bed house. The house is on a busy main road on the outskirts of Hanley, 15 minutes walk, opposite the Forest Park, with it's small lake , carpark, cafe and scenic walks. The property is handy to drive to Alton Towers, Waterworld,Trentham Gardens and the pottery museums and factory shops. Comprising of a single bedroom on the ground floor, sitting/ dining room, galley kitchen and bathroom with shower over bath. The first floor ,up steep steps, has a double and twin bedroom. Nicely furnished and decorated, with towels, bed linen and tea towels supplied this property is ideal for a family base to visit Stoke on Trent and North Staffordshire. There is free parking nearby.
